CAT24C04WI-GT3 General Description

CAT24C04WI-GT3 is a 4Kb I2C-compatible serial EEPROM with a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. It is available in a small 8-pin TSSOP package and operates at a maximum clock frequency of 1MHz. The device has 512 x 8-bit memory array organized into 32 pages of 16 bytes each. CAT24C04WI-GT3 features software write protection for the entire memory and individual pages, as well as hardware write protection for the entire memory array. It offers a typical endurance of up to 1 million write cycles per byte and a data retention of over 100 years. The EEPROM also supports partial page writes and has an auto-increment function for sequential reads. It is suitable for a wide range of applications in consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, and networking devices that require non-volatile memory storage with low power consumption and high reliability

    The product is excellent! Seller recommend. The second time i order, now 2 pcs. On one 3.17 ohm, on the second 3.21ohm, everything is normal. To volgograd about two weeks. The seller is cool, everything is fine!!!!!
