The AX5043-1-TW30 is a high-performance, ultra-low power RF transceiver IC designed for multiple applications including smart meters, wearables, and industrial sensors. This transceiver operates across a wide frequency range from 27 to 1050 MHz, providing flexibility for various IoT and M2M communication needs.The AX5043-1-TW30 features a power consumption as low as 7.5mA in receive mode and 35mA in transmit mode, making it ideal for battery-operated devices. It also offers best-in-class sensitivity of -130dBm and output power up to +16dBm, ensuring reliable long-range communication in challenging environments.The transceiver supports various modulation schemes including BPSK, 2-FSK, 4-FSK, and MSK, as well as flexible data rates up to 200 kbps. It also features a built-in AES-128 encryption engine for secure data transmission.The AX5043-1-TW30 comes in a compact 5x5mm QFN package and operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. It is also compliant with relevant regulatory standards such as ETSI, FCC, and ARIB.
