Featuring a 32-bit architecture, the ATSAM4E8CA-AN provides enhanced computing power and efficiency compared to traditional 8 or 16-bit MCUs. Its Cortex-M4 CPU ensures fast processing speeds, making it suitable for real-time applications that require quick response times. The 512KB program memory size allows for storing large amounts of code, while the 128KB RAM memory size enables efficient data processing. With a wide range of peripherals and interfaces, this MCU offers great flexibility for designing innovative products with advanced functionalities
