AT-106-PIN General Description

MACOM’s AT-106-PIN is a GaAs FET 6-bit digitalattenuator with a 1 dB minimum step size and 50 dBtotal attenuation. This attenuator and integral TTLdriver is in a hermetically sealed ceramic 24-leadsurface mount package. The AT-106-PIN is ideallysuited for use where accuracy, fast switching, verylow power consumption and low intermodulationproducts are required. Typical applications includedynamic range setting in precision receiver circuitsand other gain/leveling control circuits. Environmentalscreening is available. Contact the factoryfor information.
