AON7934 General Description
The AON7934 is a dual 30V N-Channel AlphaMOS transistor with a drain-source voltage rating of 30V and a continuous drain current of 6.5A. It is designed for switching applications in power management circuits, motor control systems, and LED lighting applications.This transistor features a low on-resistance of 0.034 ohms for each channel, allowing for efficient power transfer and minimal power dissipation. It also has a fast switching speed and a low gate charge, making it suitable for high-frequency applications.The AON7934 comes in a DFN5x6 package, which is a small and surface-mountable package that is ideal for space-constrained applications. It has a compact footprint and is easy to solder onto circuit boards.
