ADuM4150ARIZ General Description

The ADuM4150¹ is a 6-channel, SPIsolator^™ digital isolator optimizedfor isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs). Based on theAnalog Devices, Inc., iCoupler^® chip scale transformer technology,the low propagation delay in the CLK, MO/SI, MI/SO, and SS SPIbus signals supports SPI clock rates of up to 17 MHz. Thesechannels operate with 13 ns propagation delay and 1 ns jitter tooptimize timing for SPI.
