The ADF7021-NBCPZ is a low-power, narrowband transceiver IC (Integrated Circuit) developed by Analog Devices. It is designed for reliable and energy-efficient wireless communication in narrowband applications.

Delivery to samara 5 days. Measured parameters. Maximum drain-source voltage vds = more than 540 volts. The capacity of the transition tester intended about 1480 pf. Rds transport resistance is about 0,34 ohm. Transistors are good. The seller and the product definitely recommend!!!
