The ACPL-M60L-000E is a high-speed digital optocoupler with an integrated Schmitt trigger. It is designed for use in isolated communication interfaces, industrial PLCs, and intelligent power modules. This optocoupler features a high current transfer ratio (CTR) of 12.5% minimum, a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, and a high common-mode transient immunity of 20kV/µs.The ACPL-M60L-000E also offers a fast propagation delay of 56ns maximum and a low power consumption of only 15mA maximum. It comes in a compact 8-pin SOIC package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. In addition, this optocoupler is RoHS compliant and is UL recognized under file E76270.
