Meet the UCC37324P, a high-speed dual-MOSFET driver that is part of the UCC2732x and UCC3732x family. This powerful driver is capable of delivering 4A source and 4A sink peak current, making it an ideal choice for driving MOSFETs in the critical Miller Plateau Region. The driver features a unique BiPolar and MOSFET hybrid output stage that allows for efficient current sourcing and sinking, even at low supply voltages. With three standard logic options available – dual-inverting, dual-noninverting, and one-inverting and one-noninverting driver – the UCC37324P offers flexibility for different circuit designs. Its input thresholds, based on TTL and CMOS, are independent of the supply voltage and provide excellent noise immunity. Additionally, the UCC37324P is offered in SOIC-8, PDIP-8, and PowerPAD MSOP packages, ensuring reliable performance with improved long term reliability
