The UCC28740D is a high-performance isolated-flyback power-supply controller that utilizes an optical coupler for Constant-Voltage (CV) regulation, ensuring improved transient response to large load steps. Additionally, the device features Constant-Current (CC) regulation through Primary-Side Regulation (PSR) techniques, providing precise control of output voltage and current with the help of opto-coupled feedback and an auxiliary flyback winding
