UCC20225NPLR General Description

With programmable dead time functionality and a disable pin for simultaneous output shutdown, the UCC20225NPLR offers flexibility and control to the user. The device can handle VDD supply voltages up to 25 V, while the wide input VCCI range of 3 V to 18 V makes it compatible with both analog and digital controllers. Furthermore, all supply voltage pins are equipped with under voltage lock-out protection, safeguarding the driver and connected components
