The STLED316SMTR is a multi-function LED driver with a programmable boost converter designed for small or medium-sized LCD display backlighting applications. A good converter for a homemade rotate bank from aa batteries or with (in my case 4 batteries). The voltage drawdown is small, the phone is charged with 1.36 a, as from the network.
