STGW30NC120HD General Description

The STGW30NC120HD is a N-channel field-effect transistor (FET) with a maximum voltage rating of 1200V and a continuous drain current rating of 30A. It is designed for use in high power applications such as industrial motor drives, solar inverters, and welding equipment.This transistor features a low on-state resistance of 110 mΩ and a high avalanche energy rating of 800 mJ, making it suitable for high power switching applications where efficiency and reliability are critical. It is housed in a TO-247 package, which provides excellent thermal performance and allows for easy mounting on a heat sink.The STGW30NC120HD has a gate threshold voltage of 3V, a gate-source voltage rating of ±20V, and a total gate charge of 92nC.
