  I order the second scarf, delivery as always two weeks. The packaging is reliable here everything is fine. The converter itself has already been tested in a self-made poverbank. Charging ends at 4,21 volts, there will be no overcharge.   Works, contacts are flimsy, the switch is not needed-it is difficult to get to it. Adjustment clockwise reduction, counter-clockwise increase of parameters? Took a comrade in kamaz for a radio tape recorder, soldered terminals-soldered wires-tuned, works, the radio works louder than the engine.
