RT9361AGE is a high efficiency, 1.5A synchronous step-down DC/DC converter designed for portable devices, portable gadgets, and battery-powered equipment. It is a compact and efficient solution with a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and adjustable output voltage range of 0.6V to VIN.This DC/DC converter features a highly integrated design with internal power MOSFETs, inductor, and compensation circuitry. It utilizes a pulse-width modulation (PWM) control scheme for high efficiency and stable output voltage regulation.
