It operates at a fixed switching frequency of 340 kHz for efficient power conversion. The MP2143DJ-LF-Z features pulse skipping mode operation during light load conditions to improve efficiency and extend battery life in portable applications. It also includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown protection to ensure reliable and safe operation.Additionally, the device has a fully integrated soft-start function to minimize inrush current during start-up, reducing stress on the components and ensuring smooth operation. The MP2143DJ-LF-Z is available in a compact QFN package for easy PCB mounting and thermal management.
