MC33931EK General Description

The MC33931EK is a highly integrated H-Bridge motor driver IC designed for automotive applications. It consists of two independent H-Bridge channels that can drive up to 5A continuous current and 10A peak current. The device operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V and can withstand transient voltages up to 40V.The MC33931EK offers various protection features to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor driver. These include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and short-circuit protection.
