LNK306PN General Description

The LNK306PN is a high-performance offline switcher IC designed for use in low power ac-dc power supplies. It integrates a 700 V power MOSFET, advanced current-mode PWM controller, temperature-compensated reference, and all necessary protection circuits into a single package. The device is capable of delivering up to 12 W of output power in a wide range of input voltages.The LNK306PN features accurate and tightly regulated output voltage, as well as excellent line and load regulation. It operates in a high efficiency burst mode to minimize standby power consumption.
