IRF9Z14PBF General Description

Designed for high-power applications, the IRF9Z14PBF MOSFET is a P Channel transistor capable of handling a continuous drain current of 4.7A and a drain source voltage of -60V. With an on resistance of 0.5ohm and a threshold voltage of -4V, this transistor offers efficient power management in a compact package. The TO-220AB case style and through hole termination make it easy to install, while the 3 pin configuration allows for versatile integration into existing circuit designs. With a maximum operating temperature of 175°C and a pulse current rating of 19A, this transistor is well-suited for demanding applications where reliability is key

Unfortunately the seller did not send smd resistance otherwise sent "through hole", with respect to these are of very good quality

Received the parcel, it was a month. To the packaging and design there are no complaints, everything works, except that the dials are small. The dimensions of the handle, which for some reason the seller does not indicate: the diameter of the case is 22mm, the height along with the lock washer is slightly larger than 26mm., the height of the thick part is 11mm.I am happy with the purchase, i recommend the seller.
