When measuring on the mega-328 device, the real capacity of 209-225 UF, ESR 0.23-0.45 Ohm, leakage (vloss) 0.6-0.9%. Good capacitors, only the real capacity and ESR dispersion will be great, which will scratch the selection in pairs.
