1N5656A General Description

These TVS devices have proven efficacy in protecting airborne avionics and electrical systems, offering virtually instantaneous response times to shield against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrical Fast Transients (EFT) as outlined in IEC61000-4-2 and IEC61000-4-4 guidelines. The versatility of the 1N5656A series is further highlighted by its various product designations such as 1N5656A/TR, JAN1N5656A, JAN1N5656A/TR, JANTX1N5656A, JANTX1N5656A/TR, JANTXV1N5656A, JANTXV1N5656A/TR, and MSP1N5656A
