STTA806D General Description

The STTA806D is a dual Schottky rectifier in a TO-220AB package designed for high-performance applications. With a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60V and a forward current of 8A, this rectifier offers low forward voltage drop and fast switching capabilities, making it suitable for use in high-efficiency power supplies, DC-DC converters, and other high-frequency applications.The STTA806D features a low leakage current of 10µA, ensuring minimal power consumption and increased efficiency. It also has a maximum forward voltage drop of 0.55V at a forward current of 4A, reducing power losses and improving overall system performance.Additionally, the STTA806D has a maximum reverse recovery time of 30ns, allowing for fast and efficient operation in high-speed circuits. Its low junction-to-case thermal resistance of 3°C/W ensures reliable operation over a wide temperature range.
