SAF7167A General Description
SAF7167A is a semiconductor device primarily used as a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) in radio frequency (RF) applications. It operates within the frequency range of 5.8 GHz to 6.2 GHz, making it suitable for various wireless communication systems such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and radar systems. The SAF7167A features low phase noise, high linearity, and good frequency stability over temperature variations, ensuring reliable performance in demanding RF environments.
