Resistors drove to smolensk 54 days. It's a short time. The declared tolerance 5% does not fit, the range from 0.100 ohms to 0.117 ohms is cold, it is already 17%. With warm-up rated power ~ 5 w, the resistance increases by another 10%. Packaging is good, there are chips on resistors. Legs for such power and weight are thin. The goods are so-so. Domestic mlt-2 and c5-16mv topchik.
