Converts serial data from UART bitstreams to IrDA standard bitstreams (encodes) and from IrDA standard bitstreams to UART bitstreams (decodes). Requires input clock that is 16x needed baud rate.

Plays relatively loud. If the voltage is less than 8 v-go drawdown. If the voltage of 10-14 v (no longer tried) plays well, the consumption in the peak is 0,6 a. for homemade bluetooth speakers the most. It came to belarus, or rather before me in 17 days. 26.05.19-11.06.19
