The MAX1474AXT+T is a low-power, flexible, and compact RF transmitter designed for use in applications such as remote keyless entry (RKE) systems, tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), and wireless sensors. It operates in the 300MHz to 450MHz frequency range and can transmit data at rates up to 100kbps. The device features a programmable frequency synthesizer, power amplifier, and output matching network, allowing for easy integration into a variety of systems.The MAX1474AXT+T offers a wide supply voltage range of 2.1V to 3.6V and consumes only 9.5mA of current during transmission, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. It also includes several power-saving modes to extend battery life further. The transmitter is housed in a small 6-pin TDFN package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. The MAX1474AXT+T is specified for operation over a -40°C to +125°C temperature range, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environmental conditions
