The resistance was not 100, but 98,5, measured by two different devices, which with such a nominal resistance is not small. If it would be 1,5 more from the nominal value, it would not be fundamentally, given the multispeed, but less .... It can be considered as a marriage, given the alleged error of 0,25%.
