LTC4412ES6 General Description

The LTC4412ES6 is a low voltage ideal diode controller from Linear Technology (now a part of Analog Devices). It is designed to minimize voltage drops and power dissipation in power switchover circuits. The LTC4412ES6 features an input voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V, making it suitable for battery-powered and low voltage applications.Key features of the LTC4412ES6 include a low dropout voltage of 50mV at 1A, reverse input protection up to -20V, and a controlled turn-on voltage slew rate to minimize inrush current. The device can handle continuous current up to 2A and operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C.The LTC4412ES6 comes in a small SOT-23 package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. It also has an enable pin for external control and status output for fault reporting.
