LMC7660IM/NOPB General Description

The LMC7660 is a CMOS voltage converter capable of converting a positive voltage in the range of +1.5V to +10V to the corresponding negative voltage of −1.5V to −10V. The LMC7660 is a pin-for-pin replacement for the industry-standard 7660. The converter features: operation over full temperature and voltage range without need for an external diode, low quiescent current, and high power efficiency.

The LMC7660 uses its built-in oscillator to switch 4 power MOS switches and charge two inexpensive electrolytic capacitors.

Purchase satisfied. With the photo and description is the same. Assembled on lm2596s + ss34. Such charges load up to 1a, or higher begins to significantly warm the diode. But it all depends on the input voltage and current at the output, and the heating of the board (check the temperature not only of the chip, but also the throttle and the output diode ss34). The minimum voltage at the output i had 1,39 v, less is not done. The maximum output will be 0.3-0.5 v lower than the input. I use these modules from 19 v (bp laptop) and from 12-14 v in the car. On the input and output sometimes i add a fuse to 1a-2a, if there is a risk that something is accidentally short. I use for power led tapes. The goods were sent the next day. Came in an antistatic bag, in a puffy yellow envelope. The parcel was tracked all the way, and drove 9 days. Good. Delivery 9 days.
