IR2113STRPBF General Description

The IR2113STRPBF is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver IC (integrated circuit) manufactured by Infineon Technologies. It is designed to drive two N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration.
