IR2103STRPBF General Description

The IR2103STRPBF is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver. It's designed for applications such as motor drives, switched-mode power supplies, and Class D amplifiers. Operating from a single supply voltage of up to 600V, it can drive both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs. This driver provides independent high and low-side output channels with a logic input that interfaces directly with standard CMOS or TTL logic devices. The IR2103STRPBF offers under-voltage lockout for both channels, a dead-time delay feature, and a shutdown function. Its high-speed operation allows for PWM frequency up to 500kHz, enabling efficient power conversion. With a compact form factor and robust design, it ensures reliable performance in demanding industrial applications.
