Boasting a power handling capacity of 3 watts and a remarkable +63 dBm third order intercept at +8 Volt bias, this switch performs exceptionally well under demanding conditions. RF1 and RF2 act as reflective shorts when the device is switched off, ensuring seamless operation. Additionally, the control inputs A & B are compatible with CMOS and some TTL logic families.
