DSEI60-06A General Description

The DSEI60-06A is a high power density, dual, isolated Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode module designed for use in power supply applications. It features two 600V, 60A SiC Schottky diodes in a half-bridge configuration, providing high efficiency and low switching losses. The module has a low forward voltage drop and fast switching speeds, making it ideal for use in high frequency switching power converters.The DSEI60-06A module is housed in a compact and lightweight package, making it easy to integrate into existing power systems.
