DG411DY General Description

Maxim's latest version of the DG411/DG412/DG413 analog switches boasts significant improvements, including low on-resistance matching and guaranteed on-resistance flatness. With a maximum on-resistance of 3Ω and a maximum on-resistance flatness of Δ4Ω, these switches offer consistent performance across the signal range. What sets these switches apart is their ability to conduct equally well in both directions, providing versatile functionality for various applications. Additionally, users can expect low charge injection, minimal power consumption, and a high ESD tolerance of at least 2000V per Method 3015.7. Furthermore, the new design addresses concerns about off-leakage current, with levels staying below 5nA at +85°C
