AT42QT1070-SSU General Description

The AT42QT1070-SSU is a capacitive touch sensing IC designed for human interface applications in various electronic devices. It features a single key touch controller with a Power-On Reset (POR) feature, allowing for reliable performance without the need for a separate microcontroller.The AT42QT1070-SSU offers proximity detection and single key touch sense with a low power consumption of less than 1µA in stop mode. It has a detection range of up to 15mm in proximity mode, enabling touchless operation. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and has a resolution of up to 256 touch steps.This capacitive touch sensing IC supports self-calibration, noise filtering, and auto drift compensation for stable and accurate touch detection. It also features a guard channel to reduce false detections and improve noise immunity.The AT42QT1070-SSU is housed in a small 6-pin SOT23 package, making it suitable for compact designs and applications with limited board space.
