Resistance stock-source (rds) about 8 ohms!!! The original irf740 rds should not be more than 0,55 ohms. That is, 16 times less than the sent transistor!!! Shutter capacity (ciss) 448pf. The original irf740 ciss should have about 1400 pf. That is, 3,5 times more than the sent transistor. Transistor are not irf740!!! This is a rough original!!! The seller and the goods categorically do recommend!!!
