The 24LC16B-M/SN from Microchip Technology Inc. is a top-of-the-line 16Kb I2C™ compatible Serial EEPROM designed for high-performance data storage applications. Featuring eight blocks of 256 x 8-bit memory and a user-friendly 2-wire serial interface, this device offers seamless integration into a variety of systems. Its low-voltage design supports operation down to 1.7V, with impressively low standby and active currents of 1 µA and 1 mA, respectively. The 24LC16B-M/SN also boasts a page write capability, allowing for efficient data storage of up to 16 bytes at a time. Available in multiple package options, including PDIP, SOIC, TSSOP, DFN, MSOP, and SOT-23, this EEPROM provides flexibility and reliability in data storage solutions
