Reclined quail, most likely (see para. Photo).The shutter capacity is less than should be. But the open channel resistance (rds (on)) is more or less normal (~ 1.6ohm), although more than should be.But i did not have time to check the breakdown voltage (vds (max)). And here with him can be lying.In general, similar to redone 5-6a mosfet.
