The UPC271G2-A is a high-performance comparator that combines the input characteristics of general-purpose operational amplifiers with the ability to drive standard logic circuits. Whether operating on a 5 V single power supply or a ± 15 V power supply, this comparator delivers excellent performance and reliability. Equipped with a strobe terminal and input offset adjustment terminals, the UPC271G2-A can be easily adapted to suit a variety of voltage comparison circuits. While the UPC271G2-A is ideal for communication applications, its counterpart, the UPC311, is better suited for general-purpose usage

I look the data sheet from BS250 and BS208. I think its not Pin compatible with source and drain. But I can work with the transistor.
