ULN2004ADRG4 General Description

The ULx2002A is specifically tailored for use with 14V to 25V PMOS devices, incorporating Zener diodes and resistors to control input current. On the other hand, the ULx2003A devices feature a 2.7-kΩ series base resistor for each Darlington pair, making them suitable for operation with TTL or 5V CMOS devices. Meanwhile, the ULx2004A devices come with a 10.5-kΩ series base resistor, enabling direct operation from CMOS devices with supply voltages ranging from 6V to 15V
