General Description
The UCC27210DDA is a highly advanced MOSFET driver that offers a multitude of performance improvements over its predecessors. With peak output current increased to 4A source and 4A sink, and reduced pull-up and pull-down resistance, this driver allows for efficient driving of power MOSFETs with minimal switching losses. The ability to handle -10 VDC input and a maximum rating of 20V make it versatile and robust, while the -18V maximum handling of the switching node ensures protection from negative voltages
