General Description

The TS274CDT is a low cost, quad operational amplifier designed to operate with single or dual supplies. It is part of the TS274 series, which use the ST silicon gate CMOS process to provide an excellent consumption-speed ratio, making them ideally suited for low consumption applications. With three power consumptions available, the TS274 series offers the best consumption-speed ratio for various applications, ensuring versatility and efficiency. These CMOS amplifiers also offer very high input impedance and extremely low input currents, providing stable and reliable performance. One of the main advantages of the TS274 compared to JFET devices is the very low input current drift with temperature, enhancing its precision and accuracy. Furthermore, for applications requiring enhanced features such as rail-to-rail capability and low offset voltage, the TSV91x and TSV99x families are recommended for low voltage applications
