The TPS7A0333PDQNR is an ultra-small, ultra-low quiescent current low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) designed to provide excellent transient performance while sourcing 200 mA. With an ultra-low I_Q of 200 nA, this device is ideal for applications where minimal quiescent current is a critical parameter. Even in dropout mode, the TPS7A0333PDQNR maintains low I_Q consumption to extend battery life, while consuming an ultra-low 3-nA I_Q in shutdown or disabled mode to increase battery shelf life
