General Description

The TL03x series of JFET-input operational amplifiers from Texas Instruments represents a significant improvement over the TL06x family, offering enhanced dc and ac characteristics. With on-chip zener trimming of offset voltage, precision grades as low as 1.5 mV are achieved, making these amplifiers perfect for applications that demand greater accuracy in dc-coupled circuits. The BiFET process and optimized designs result in improved bandwidths and slew rates without increased power consumption, setting the TL03x devices apart from their predecessors
