General Description
In comparison, the SN65HVD231 differs from the SN65HVD230 in that both the driver and receiver are switched off when a high logic level is applied to the RS pin, entering a sleep mode. This prevents the device from transmitting or receiving messages until reactivated by a low logic level input on the RS pin
