The Microchip’s MCP6491/2/4 family of operational amplifiers (op amps) boasts an impressive low input bias current, a mere 150 pA on average at a scorching 125°C. This exceptional characteristic, combined with rail-to-rail input and output operation, makes this op amp family unity gain stable and equipped with a gain bandwidth product of 7.5 MHz (typical). What's more, these devices can operate seamlessly with a single-supply voltage as low as 2.0V, while sipping only 530 µA/amplifier (typical) of quiescent current. This power efficiency and versatility make the MCP6491/2/4 family particularly well-suited for photodiode amplifier, pH electrode amplifier, low leakage amplifier, and battery-powered signal conditioning applications, among others
