Maxim Integrated introduces the MAX4541–MAX4544 series of precision dual analog switches designed to operate efficiently from a single +2.7V to +12V supply. These low-power devices are ideal for battery-powered equipment, consuming only 5 micro watts of power. The MAX4541-44 family features exceptional performance characteristics, including low leakage currents (100 pA max) and fast switching speeds. With ON times as short as 150 nanoseconds maximum and OFF times as short as 100 nanoseconds maximum, these devices are suitable for a wide range of applications where speed and power consumption are critical considerations
