LM95235QEIMM General Description
With its ability to monitor both its own temperature and the temperature of a remote diode, the LM95235 is a versatile and reliable digital temperature sensor. Its TruTherm technology, AEC-Q100 Grade3 compliance, and TruTherm BJT beta compensation technology make it well-suited for a wide range of applications, including automotive and industrial use. The sensor's programmable features, such as the hysteresis register, digital filter, and conversion rate register, provide flexibility and precision in temperature monitoring, while its standby mode and low power consumption make it an efficient choice for power-sensitive applications
