General Description

The LM19CIZ/NOPB is a precision analog output CMOS integrated-circuit temperature sensor with a wide operating range of -55°C to +130°C. It can be powered with a supply range of +2.4 V to +5.5 V, making it versatile for various applications. Its transfer function is predominantly linear with a predictable parabolic curvature, providing accurate temperature readings within ±2.5°C at an ambient temperature of +30°C. The temperature error increases linearly and reaches a maximum of ±3.8°C at the temperature range extremes. Additionally, the LM19's temperature range is influenced by the power supply voltage, with a power supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V enabling a temperature range of +130°C to -55°C. Lowering the power supply voltage to 2.4 V shifts the negative temperature extreme to -30°C
