The L6498LD is a cutting-edge high voltage device, built using BCD6 “OFF-LINE” technology. This single-chip half-bridge gate driver is designed for N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs, making it versatile and adaptable to various power applications. With a high-side (floating) section capable of withstanding a DC voltage rail of up to 500 V and a transient withstand voltage of 600 V, the L6498LD ensures reliable performance even in demanding conditions.
